REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To exchange, the fastest way is to return and repurchase.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
- Preorder items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at CustomerService@houseofposh.shop with your order number and reason for return. You can initiate a return from your customer account.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at CustomerService@houseofposh.shop with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
